Corporate Catering Questions

  • Yes as long as we have at least 3 days’ notice from the client prior to the event. We accommodate many diets and allergies such vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, gluten free, dairy free, and all allergies.

  • You can expect our staff member to arrive with the food, unload the chafer equipment, and set it up on the tables provided by the client.

  • A sample menu is provided with the proposal we send over.

  • All disposable items are included unless.

  • Yes.

  • The general time for a service is 2-4 hours unless a longer time is specified which will include higher labor costs if staffing is required.

  • The client keeps any left-over food cooked food.

  • We can provide staff for an additional fee. You may also choose to staff the event yourself.
